Kamagra Oral Jelly

What is it used for?

Kamagra Oral Jelly (sildenafil citrate) is an orally administered drug aimed at treating the symptoms of erectile disability (inability to achieve an erection of penetrative hardness). The benefit of Kamagra Oral Jelly is its form of gel used perorally; its liquid form allows for a quick reabsorption and a faster onset.

Kamagra Oral Jelly has sildenafil citrate as its main medicinal component. The drug is sold as a pharmacy medicine in New Zealand, without medical prescription required, but we recommend visiting a doctor before you buy Kamagra Oral Jelly from our pharmacy. In case of developing side effects, medical attention is required. When you order Kamagra Oral Jelly, you agree to the terms and conditions of our website, and confirm that you are familiar with what sildenafil is and how it is used without risks for your health.

Drug mechanism and characteristics

Kamagra Oral Jelly (sildenafil citrate) restores the natural mechanism of achieving and maintaining erections. Sildenafil binds the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 which catalyzes the conversion of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) into guanosine triphosphate. The substance called cGMP plays a crucial role in forming of erection; its build-up allows the penile blood vessels to expand and direct the blood flow to the erectile bodies inside the penis.

Erections occur only in the presence of sexual stimulation, when the signals from the brain instigate the release of nitric oxide, and cGMP starts to build up in the smooth muscles of the penis. Kamagra Oral Jelly does not give spontaneous erections.

Applications and dosing

Take the content of one Kamagra Oral Jelly sachet 20 to 30 minutes prior to engaging in sexual activity. Do not take more than one recommended dose of the drug during the period of 24 hours. One sachet of Kamagra Oral Jelly contains sildenafil 100mg; this is the only available dose. For patients initiating the therapy with sildenafil it is recommended to use drugs with lower content of the active substance to establish the minimal effective dose.

You can take Kamagra Oral Jelly on an empty stomach to make the effects more pronounced and speed up their onset, or after a light meal in order to minimize the risks of side events. Taking Kamagra Oral Jelly after a heavy or fatty meal inhibits and delays the effects of the drug.

Interactions with other drugs

Cautious use

The effects of Kamagra Oral Jelly in minors and in unborn babies have not been studied; the lack of clinical evidence gives grounds to prohibit the use of sildenafil in pediatrics. The use of Kamagra Oral Jelly in patients with decreased clearance rate should be avoided based on the elevated dose of the drug (the risk of overdose and related toxicity is high in this subset of patients).
