Cialis Super Active

What is it used for?

Cialis Super Active (tadalafil citrate) is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) symptoms. The drug exerts a temporary effect that lasts longer than other drugs in the same class, for a period of up to 48 hours, and allows achieving penetrative erections with minimal refractory time when user is exposed to sexual stimulation.

Cialis Super Active has tadalafil citrate as the active substance, and buy ordering the drug from us you confirm that you: a) have sought medical consultation and have learnt about what dose is optimal in your condition; b) you are familiar with the medication and posology instructions; c) you are responsible for seeking medical attention if you develop persistent, intense or dangerous side effects.

Drug characteristics

Cialis Super Active (tadalafil citrate) belongs to the class of oral drugs against ED called inhibitors of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil is a donor of nitric oxide (NO); it dilates the blood vessels, rendering their walls more elastic, and making them absorb the maximal amount of blood. Since PDE5 is mainly produced in the smooth muscles of the penis, this is there the blood flow improvement is triggered as well.

When the sexual stimulation occurs, the brain signals with NO to the tissues of the penis to accumulate the substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). Inhibition of PDE5 by Cialis Super Active prevents conversion of cGMP to guanosine triphosphate (TGP), cGMP builds up, relaxes the smooth muscles in the erectile bodies of the penis, and erection occurs with the boosted influx of the blood when sexual excitement occurs.

Dosage and taking instructions

Cialis Super Active is taken in anticipation of sexual activity. User should allow for at least 30 minutes to pass as response window to the drug’s onset. Cialis Super Active will remain effective during the following 36 hours, during which user will be able to achieve erections every time he is sexually aroused, with reduced post-ejaculatory recovery time.

Cialis Super Active is released in a single dose of tadalafil 20mg, which is only recommended if a patient has no other comorbid conditions to observe. There exist tadalafil pills with lesser content of the active substance, which might be better for initiating the therapy for the beginners. Dose should be appointed and adjusted by healthcare provider at all times.

Use with caution

Caution should be exercised when taking medications for comorbid conditions. Patients with decreased creatinine clearance should take drugs with lower content of tadalafil or divide a pill of Cialis Super Active in two, subject to prescriber’s decision.
